During the magic of the holidays, not every student has had the opportunity to experience a holiday party, gift giving, caroling, and a hot meal. Mountain High students are privileged to receive a themed holiday party each year to ensure each of them has these opportunities.

The theme for this year’s party was, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” Each student received a hardbound copy of the Dr. Seuss book, a hat, a pillow and blanket, and a gift for themselves. They also had the opportunity to “shop” in the school store for someone else, so they have the opportunity to give as well as receive.

The Mountain High holiday party is an annual event which the Foundation helps with. We help shop for the student gifts and help run a few of the food tables during the event. The experience is humbling and wonderful in every way. The entire Mountain High staff does a wonderful job to make childhood dreams a reality for each of these students.

Below are a few pictures of the fun!
