Join us in a week dedicated to spreading hope and positivity! Let's unite to support mental health, fight stigma, and promote suicide prevention. Here’s how you can participate:
📅 Daily Activities:
24th: Reach out to someone. A message, a call, or a note can make a big difference!
25th: Perform a random act of kindness. Brighten someone's day with a small gesture.
26th: Join the advisory session to learn more about our Hope Squad and the importance of HOPE WEEK.
27th: Share a quote that uplifts you or inspires hope.
28th: Turn on your camera during online sessions to show your support and wear a hopeful color:
Green for Mental Health Awareness
Black for Blacking Out Stigma
Yellow for Suicide Prevention

Green symbolizes new beginnings and mental health.
Black represents the fight against stigma.
Yellow stands for warmth, positivity, and prevention.
